Delivery.
We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all orders over 75 GBP, otherwise its £4.95 for Tracked 48 delivery or £5.95 for Tracked 24.

    How long will my order take to arrive?
    Tracked 24 receive in 1 working day**
    Tracked 48 receive in 2 working days**

    Same day dispatch from our UK warehouse when ordered before 1pm EST.

    Can I track it?
    You sure can! Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email containing your specific tracking number. You will also receive further notifications from Royal Mail.

    What is your return policy?
    lilybod offers a full refund or exchange on our products within 30 days of order fulfilment, excluding discounted and/or sale items.

    Please note we are unable to refund return shipping costs if applicable, except where the item is faulty.
