WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
lilybod offers a full refund or exchange on all our products.

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, then you may return your order for a full refund or exchange providing the following requirements are met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
For all returns please contact orders@lilybod.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorizations (RA) number for you.

Once the returned item is received, a replacement item (if exchanged) will be sent - or we will issue a full refund.

ARE RETURNS FREE? 
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to lilybod for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY? 
If you receive a damaged item/s, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at orders@lilybod.com so we can personally and quickly assist you.

We offer a full refund unless you’re happy with an exchange or replacement. To speed up the process we recommend you take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
